Just wanted to say a huge THANKYOU for the exceptional customer service, super fast delivery and the free lipgloss with my purchase. I was over the moon when my parcel arrived at work today. I only ordered my products on the weekend (3 days ago). I had to do an office haul at morning tea. I ordered from a different online company some NYX products about 6 days ago and I still havent received that order. Hi. I just want to first of all thank Lina from Crush Cosmetics who I spoke to on the phone with a few times (thanks Lina for your patience!) regarding the Sleek Contour Kit in LIGHT. I was hesitant on buying the light because of my already tanned skin, and was originally planning on purchasing the kit in MEDIUM, which was sadly sold out. Lina confidently reassured me that the LIGHT shade is fine for me due to its dark tone even for a light shade, and also reassured me that once my contour kit arrives and I realise that it is in fact too light for me, that I am able to return it to Crush Cosmetics and exchange for the DARK kit once it is back in stock, free of charge (providing my own shipping of course). I am very pleased with the light shade, and can definitely make use of it during winter when my skin is a lighter tan tone. Great customer service from a wonderful company, kind of bummed I didn’t find out about this site sooner! Very good products and am very pleased that we are now able to purchase good quality yet affordable international brands with just one click of a button, as well as prompt delivery, all within the country. Have already recommended Crush Cosmetics to friends. Looking forward to purchasing more from you guys! Thanks x

First time buying from here and i am really impressed. I live in NZ and my package came in a week with everything i ordered plus a mini lipgloss, i did notice one of the nail polish i got had the same name i wanted but a way different colour, i emailed them my problem and they sent out another one without charge and a free lipstick. Amazing customer service very friendly and helpful will buy again and recommend to my friends

This is my first time time purchasing any form of cosmetics online and I was a big worried that either my purchases would never arrive or that it would be terrible quality. I ordered a couple of ELF make up brushes and a few NYX eye pencils and they arrived within two days of ordering! I’m very impressed and very happy with the products! This was my first time buying from Crush Cosmetics. And to be honest, I couldn’t be happier. My order ran into a little snag when the nail polish colour I wanted was out of stock and I was a little upset because that was the one colour that I really really wanted.
