Shipping and Delivery
Please note that shipping times shown below are as indicated by the various carriers. They do not include processing times which are 1-2 days For more information on our processing times, please see the Order Queries page.
Australia Shipping
Your order will ship anywhere in Australia for $8. Orders over $80 in Australia qualify for free ground shipping. Express shipping is also available.
Any order placed before 12pm AEST will ship the same day. (excluding weekends)

Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch, or delayed delivery through Australia post Express Network. We are not compensated for shipping through Auspost.
Return to Sender
All parcels returned to sender (Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd) due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from Post Office will incur a return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will need to pay a re-postage fee.
Parcels with Authority to leave
We will not take responsiblity for parcels that have gone missing when customers request authority to leave and no signature is obtained. This is at the customers own risk.
