Is your site secure?
Yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. We also use eWay as a real-time payment gateway. (whats a payment gateway?)

Do I have to register?
No. If you are in a hurry, just use the Guest Checkout.
Do you charge GST?
GST is automatically included in the price for Australian customers. International customers are not charged a Goods and Services Tax.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
Depending on your location, delivery is usually 2-5 working days. Rural areas and international orders, will of course take longer. International customers can generally expect their order in 3-21 working days.

What currency are your prices in?
By default, the prices shown on our site are in Australian dollars. If you are an international customer, you can choose from other currencies at the top of the page.
