Terms & Conditions

Membership of the Inner Beauty V.I.P. (Member Loyalty Program) is limited to individuals and to one account per individual. Makeup artists, Wholesale customers, and any other person or entity already receiving a discount, will not eligible for the Member Loyalty Program.

Qualification

Individual customers spending a minimum of $350 AUD at www.crushcosmetics.com.au and within a 12 month period, automatically qualify for the Member Loyalty Program.

By qualifying for the Member Loyalty Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive emails from Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd, in relation to the program. The content of these emails may include; advertising, marketing information and other communications from Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd.

You may stop receiving emails in relation to the Member Loyalty Program by clicking the “unsubscribe” link contained in the email message. Please note however, that if you do opt out of the emails, you will lose access to some of the benefits of the Member Loyalty Program, such as notification of member-only sales, advanced notice of new product arrivals, etc.

System notification emails such as order status and point balance updates cannot be unsubscribed.

Changes to, Termination or Removal

Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd, at its sole discretion, may alter, change or limit the Member Loyalty Program in any way. This includes the amount set to qualify, the benefits of the program, and eligibility for Membership. This may happen with no prior notice.

Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate or exclude, an individuals Member Loyalty Program account at any time. Any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Crush Cosmetics Pty Ltd may result in an account being terminated. If your membership is revoked, any points earned will automatically expire.

How do I opt out of the program?

If you do not wish to partake in the Inner Beauty V.I.P. Member Program, you can opt out here. Please note, by opting out of the program, you forfeit all associated benefits.
