Matte as described, however not translucent. Comes out a lot darker than my fair skin and foundation.

this powder is average
works well the first few hours but not 100% shine proof after 4+ hours of wear.
works best to just set your foundation with

use it alone or over foundation. shine free, feels light, doesn’t make ur make up look heavy and its cheap. over all happy with this product. def will buy some more.
