10/10! I ordered 2 shades of foundation but was contacted by a member of staff from Crush Cosmetics apologising & letting me know that they had run out of 1 of the shades, they offered me a refund or an exchange! Their customer service was great & they were extremely friendly & helpful! When my products arrived, they also sent me a free liquid illuminator! ☺️☺️

First off, they have the quickest shipping i’ve ever experienced from any company. Sadly I received a damage palette, but customer service was excellent and reply within a hour. Would definately buy products again in the future and would recommend them to everyone !!

I recieved my 4th order from Crush Cosmetics today and they had accidentally sent the wrong palette. I sent an email as soon as I noticed and within a few hours they replied saying that they will send the palette I ordered and that I can keep the mistaken palette. I collected my parcel today (Tuesday) after only ordering on Thursday! I love how well everything was packaged to ensure that my order was kept safe. The customer service is just incredible and fast (I spoke to Lina at one point) and the team are extremely helpful and welcoming people.
