my holy grail drugstore eyeliner. my lids tend to get oily so i put a primer over them and then this eyeliner and this does not come off at all once it’s dried. i even went out clubbing with this and after 7 hours there was a little fading but it’s still there

I’m so excited when I got this product, and I can’t wait to try this immediately. After an hour of using it I went to the bathroom and I noticed the eyeliner transferred onto my eyelids. So I went onto my room to get my make up remover to remove the crease line. Even worse, after several minutes when I checked it the crease line start to appear again! It’s definitely not smudge-proof! I do not recommend this at all.
