Where is my order?
We send a tracking email once your order leaves the warehouse. You can enter your tracking number on the Order Tracking page to see where it’s at.
Why haven’t I received my shipping confirmation email?
Check out your junk (spam) folder just in case. If it’s hiding there, add Crush Cosmetics to your safe senders list. ?
If you registered an account with us and didn’t use Guest Checkout, you can go to; My Account > Orders to check your order was successful (and the email address you signed up with). If your email is wrong, update it here for future orders. If you’ve already ordered, contact our customer support team below and they will update it for you.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We also offer Afterpay and Zip Pay for AU customers.
